These terms are the deal between you and Bants90. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
Who can use Bants90
You need to be at least 13 years old, give accurate sign up details, and keep to one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your login safe.
What Bants90 is
Bants90 is a place to react to live football with other fans. We do not show you the match and we do not write editorial. The match facts come from a football data provider. Everything else, the takes and the arguments, comes from fans like you.
Your content is yours
You own the bants, reactions and predictions you post. By posting them, you give us permission to show them inside Bants90 so other fans in the room can see them. Only post things you have the right to share, and do not post anyone else's private information.
Playing fair
Bants90 runs on rivalry, but it has limits. Our Community standards are part of these terms, and they explain what flies and what never does. In short, banter yes, abuse no.
Do not use Bants90 to break the law, to harass or threaten people, to spam, to impersonate someone, or to scrape or attack the service.
Moderation
Reports are read by a person. We can remove anything that crosses the line and suspend or close accounts that keep breaking the standards. Other fans can also mute or block you, which is theirs to decide.
Leaving
You can stop using Bants90 and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other fans at risk.
The service as it is
We work hard to keep Bants90 running and safe, but we provide it as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law.
Changes
Bants90 will change as we build it. We may update these terms, and if a change is meaningful we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using Bants90 after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
